Words rise from the intuitive realm, shaped by a shared theme or prompt, and carried into the circle with reverence. The practice is less about performance and more about presence — a living dialogue between self, soul, and sisterhood.

Every session unfolds through arrival, grounding, reflection, timed writing or sharing, and a gentle closing to seal the space in gratitude and peace.
