A guided reading circle for women who read with their whole being
The BEYOUTIFUL ANOMALY Book Club is a live, guided reading circle where we move slowly and intentionally through books that challenge conditioning, expand self-understanding, and invite deeper relationship with the human experience.
Between Sessions
Participants read the assigned portion of the book on their own between meetings.
Live sessions are devoted to discussion, meaning-making, and integration, not lectures or summaries.
What We Do Together
Each gathering may include:
-
Guided discussion and open conversation
-
Reflective prompts and journaling invitations
-
Mind–body–spirit practices (somatic awareness, grounding, contemplation, gentle activations)
-
Group connection and shared insight
No prior experience with embodiment or spiritual practices is required. Everything is guided and optional.
