GROUPS AND COACHING:

1.) What type of coaching services do you offer?

We are dedicated to empowering women through every stage of their lives. Our mission is to create a nurturing space where women can explore their identity, spirituality, and the journey towards complete wholeness. We focus on the unique experiences associated with being born with female sex organs, including aspects of fertility, perimenopause, and natural cycles

2.) How do I know if your services are right for me?

Our services are designed for women seeking personal growth and a deeper understanding of their identity, spirituality, and bodily experiences. You may find our collective particularly beneficial if you are:

  *Navigating major life transitions related to your biological female experiences, such as fertility challenges, general challenges, perimenopause, or changes in your menstrual cycle.

 *Seeking a deeper connection with your personal identity and spiritual life as it relates to being a woman.

 *Looking for community and support from other women who share similar experiences and challenges 

WE OFFER A VARIETY OF FORMATS:

 *In person (Where available)

 * Virtual Sessions: To meet you where you are at where ever you are, conducted via video platform

 * Group Circles and Classes: These settings provide an opportunity to learn and grow together in community 

 *Book Club: Join us virtually on selected readings that stimulate reflection and conversation on intentionally chosen topics that nurture our mission

By offering multiple formats and focus areas, services are tailored to meet you where you are, whether dealing with a particular challenge or simply looking to be a part of a tribe, we are striving to build a supportive and enriching environment. 

WE ARE NOT A RIGHT FIT IF:

If you are NOT open to change, exploring new perspectives and paradigms, or find your values differ from those we uphold in our community our programs might not be the best fit for you. Because our programs thrive on collaborative efforts, its imperative you feel ready and aligned with these principles to fully benefit from what we offer. 

How Big are the Group sizes:

Each Container is capped intentionally to preserve emotional safety and allow every woman a meaningful seat at the table. Space is limited. Once the container reaches capacity, a waitlist will be offered.

COURSE CONTENT: 

1.) What topics do courses cover?

 *Our full list is constantly expanding in order to cover the wide range of topics applicable to the scope of our services and mission. (STAY TUNED)

2.) How do I access the courses and for how long do I have access? 

 *Under Construction

3.) Can I preview before purchasing?

 *We do not offer trials at this time, and there are no refunds on our course content, we give the most thorough description of the class and what to expect without divulging content in order to give you the best idea of the general content of each course. 

4.) What if I have technical issues with the course?

 *As our course is provided by links to the content, we request you double check all network and connection issues on your end before reaching out via email to inquire about issues. When we have access to the link you receive on our end, we can only assume the issue is on the end of the user. 

MERCHANDISE:

1.) What types of merchandise do you offer?

 *We have a wide range of products to include artwork, books, journals, apparel, and a growing list of products as we build and grow in our collaborative efforts.

2.) What is your return policy on merchandise?

 ART PIECES: Please keep in mind these are one of a kind items. They are not able to be returned, replaced, or refunded. In the event you receive a damaged item, we will refund your purchase price, however we can not guarantee another item of the same kind or quality.

 APPAREL, BOOKS, AND JOURNALS: All of our products are made at time of sale and therefore we do not keep personal inventory. For this reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to wrong size, buyer's remorse, etc. We accept returns for product defects or damaged products ONLY for a refund of the original purchase price.  

COACHING, COURSE CONTENT, BOOK CLUBS

You may discontinue your service and/or subscription at any time, however there ARE NO refunds or prorations given on these services. 

IN THE EVENT OF RECEIVING A DAMAGED ITEM PLEASE SUBMIT PICTURES AND INFORMATION ON DEFECT ALONG WITH REFUND REQUEST in order for use to process your refund.

3.) When can I expect to receive my items?

 *Typically you can expect to receive your items withing 10-15 business days.

4.) Do you ship internationally?

 *At this time we only ship within the Continental US.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND ETHICS

We uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions. However, the nature of group coaching and discussions in our book club means that absolute confidentiality in these settings cannot be guaranteed. We expect all members to respect each other's privacy and personal experiences. 

LIABILITY

By participating in any of our service, you agree not to hold BeYoutiful Anomaly liable for any outcomes directly or indirectly related to the actions taken based on coaching and content provided.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule services as needed. In case of any changes, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
